A: We are supply chain trading company, but not an ordinary trader. We own our own factories for some core products and have integrated dozens of long-term, stable, and high-quality production factories We adopt a large-scale centralized procurement model, with a typical purchase quantity of 500-1000 units or more for a single model. This not only ensures production volume and consistency but also gives our products a significant price advantage for the same quality. 1. We conduct regular audits of our partner factories. 2. We implement production quality control according to OE standards / IATF16949. 3. Each batch of goods undergoes our independent sampling inspection process before leaving the factory.

Q2:What is the order process?
A: Contact us via email or WhatsApp. We support inquiries and order placement using OE code, VIN code, pictures, and engine model. 1. Confirm model, quantity, packaging, consignee information, shipping method, and payment terms. 2. We will prepare a pro forma invoice for your confirmation. Payment will be made after all issues are resolved. 3. Upon receiving your payment, we will begin production. Our staff will track your order production and delivery status, and provide you with a packing list before shipment. 4. After shipment, we will provide you with logistics information or a tracking link.
Q3:What kind of packaging does your company provide?
A: We currently offer two main packaging options, which you can choose flexibly based on your market positioning: 1. Our Own Brand VOCR Packaging: This is a mature brand we've built over many years. It boasts professional design, consistent quality and image, and is highly recognized in markets such as Europe, South America, and the Middle East. Suitable for: Clients who want to quickly penetrate the market and require stable brand endorsement. 2. Neutral Packaging If you are just starting to test the market or have no special packaging requirements, neutral packaging is the most economical and fastest solution. Advantages: Short lead time, low cost, suitable for multiple vehicle types and distribution channels. We will take photos to confirm packaging details before shipment to ensure that the product you receive is completely consistent with the brand image you want.

A: Our products are currently mainly exported to Europe, South America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia—regions with high quality requirements and intense market competition. These regions have very strict requirements for product consistency, durability, and supply stability. Therefore, our ability to maintain a stable supply in these markets over the long term demonstrates the comprehensive competitiveness of our products in terms of quality, pricing, and delivery capabilities. Q5:Can you provide samples free of charge?
A: Yes, we support providing free samples to distributors and wholesalers, but shipping costs need to be paid by them.
Q6:Do You Accept ODM&OEM Orders?
A: Yes, we provide ODM&OEM services to worldwide customers, we are able to customize housings in different styles, and sizes in different brands, we also customize circuit board & packaging box as per your requirements.
Q7:What are your after-sales service and warranty?
A: 1. Warranty Period: 12 months from the first day of receiving the goods. 2. Exchange: If the issue is confirmed to be a product defect, a brand new product will be shipped with your next order. 3. Refund: If requested by the customer, a refund can be issued for defective products (no product return required, but photos or videos must be provided as proof for warranty). 4. Timeliness: We will provide a solution to all after-sales issues within 48 hours.
